The Original Mary and Child Statue / Sculpture in the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary Queen Of The Universe and located in Orlando, Florida.
Jill Burkee, Master Sculptor and Artist, made the original statue out of Carrara Marble from the same quarry 500 years ago that Michelangelo brought forth the stone for his Pieta.
Jill created the statue in Italy and it was installed in the Basilica in 1999. One of the internationally celebrated Marian Treasures of the world that draws millions of visitors to reflect on the love and graces of the holy mother.
Preowned collectible, used in very good condition, one small sliver chip on right shoulder of cape, small scratch on bottom left edge of cape, see pictures. This will be packaged with extraordinary care and insured with tracking.
