, which took place at Madison Square Garden in NYC on December 8, 1975.  His band included Joan Baez, Robbie Robertson, Mick Ronson, Roger McGuinn, Joni Mitchell, Rob Stoner, Ramblin' Jack Elliot, Ronee Blakely, Scarlet Rivera, Bob Neuwirth, Richie Havens, and various others, and that night there was also an
appearance by Muhammad Ali.
