    The HA73 Elite single channel microphone preamp is made to the same specifications as the acclaimed ´73JR and DMA73 Heritage Audio models at a price never heard before.
    Leveraging time-consuming hand soldered series, HA is able to offer a zero compromise, high quality yet very affordable alternative to the growing entry-level brands.
    A combination of mass production, lean manufacturing and modern construction techniques, minimizes hand labor and therefore its high associated costs when manufacturing takes place in Western Europe. By passing the savings straight into the end users pockets, Heritage Audio releases the most affordable outboard preamps and equalizers in its class up to date.
    Key components to obtain a true vintage sound are indeed maintained, like the industry standard Carnhill transformers, hand wound in St Ives, England.
    Manufactured in the same Spanish facilities as the rest of the HA line of products, the rack mountable HA73 Elite presents the classic sounding recording preamp that, for generations, has been regarded for its rich, musical qualities and its ability to dramatically improve the sound of almost any source.
    Further, it includes the same exact great sounding JFET DI circuit found in the ´73JR and a fully discrete class A high pass filter.
    With 80 dB of available gain and dedicated mic, line, and instrument inputs; the HA73 Elite has everything you need to bring microphones and instruments to life with vintage vibe and thickness.
    The HA73 Elite features gain, output trim, -20db pad, polarity reverse, a high pass filter, and +48v phantom power.  It comes housed in a rugged 1RU British steel chassis and utilizes an external power supply for low noise operation.  The HA73 features Carnhill input and output transformers, high quality pots and switches, and best of all is 100% made by Heritage Audio.

    Microphone input impedance: HI, 1200 Ohm minimum, LO, 300 Ohm minimum. Higher gain positions gradually have greater impedances, optimum for low gain ribbon mics. Input is transformer balanced and floating.

    Domestic Shipping:

    International Shipping:
    We do not collect or charge International Customs Taxes/Fees/VAT/Duties. Please check with your local government for rates prior to purchasing an item from our store.
    We only ship internationally the products that are allowed to be shipped outside of the USA. Many manufacturers prohibit sales outside of the USA and we adhere to those set rules. All international orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are NOT a part of shipping charges, and are collected by your local customs agencies. Please learn about these charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges results in undeliverable and return to sender packages, and we do not refund shipping charges in these instances. If any charges incur in the return process, those charges will not be subtracted from your refund.
    If you order hasn’t arrived in a normal time frame, it is most likely held at your local customs office. You should have been contacted by them to pay duties/import tax. You will need to pick up the package in person with valid identification.

    Audio Play Room is committed to deliver the best experience for our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an exchange or a store credit within 30 days from the order date. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”. Items that are not returned in the original condition as shipped, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items only if the item is clearly used and/or the original packaging is tarnished and/or if there are any missing parts/accessories. A 15% restocking fee is our general restocking fee charged when an item is returned in pristine/mint condition. The shipping costs we paid to ship your item will be deducted from the refund as well, since that service has been rendered. In some cases restocking fees and shipping costs can be applied as store credit
    In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, a wrong product, or damaged product, Audio Play Room will replace it at no charge of any additional shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid label to return the item, and ship you a replacement. You will not incur any shipping charges. Please notify us of any of damaged, defective or mis-shipped products within 48 hours.
    After 30 days, you may request manufacturer warranty if your item malfunctions. Audio Play Room is an Authorized Dealer for all the brands we represent, and you are 100% covered by your purchase for warranty.
    How to request a return:
    Please email us or call us to obtain a RMA number. Instructions will be discussed with our friendly customer service representatives. All returns must be in the exact condition and include all original packing materials, accessories and paperwork, as in which we shipped to you.
    We may apply a restocking fee if the returned products fall into these following categories:
    Missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or any contents that were included
    Original box was written on, damaged, or taped with duck tape
    RMA number was not associated with the return
    Items not in original like new condition
