Straight from the restoration hanger of our Boeing B-17E Desert Rat, these nose art panels are painted on .020 riveted aircraft aluminum fabricated by members of our restoration team. They are patterned from the starboard nose of a B-17 Flying Fortress. Measures 29" X 29" with window cutout, rivets, and "bullet hole" patches. Hand-painted and applied. Makes a distinctive gift for that special aviator in your life or for your “pilot cave.”
These panels are hand crafted and may vary slightly from one to another. Additionally, they are available unpainted (also with flush rivets) and ready for your artwork.
